采用换位对比法维修排查
由于连续墙设备主机左右行走部分是相互独立的子系统,如果出现行走一边正常一边不正常时,可通过在中央回转接头处对调左右行走部分的进出油管。对调后如果故障还存在,说明故障点在回转接头之后,否则在回转接头以前,通过换位后可以判断故障点的大致位置,节约故障诊断的时间。另外由于连续墙设备主机主泵采用双回路全功率变量液压系统,双变量泵的两个回路是相互独立的,当两个回路中,其中一个回路所有动作均不正常时,可以通过对调油泵两个出油口的油管,以此来判断油泵是否有故障。
测量液压油油压的方法
通过测量液压油的工作压力,并与标准值进行比较,作出判断。测量工作压力一般都是测量极限压力。其最常用的方法有两种,一种为实际测量法,另一种为模拟法。实际测量法的具体做法是:让某一工作装置超负荷工作,测量其工作压力。
1、模拟法的做法是:模拟超负荷工作,测出其压力,根据不同装置采取不同的模拟方法,带制动器的马达,一般采用切断制动先导油让其制动,这时在额定转速下操作该工作装置,测量其压力;对液压缸,多是使活塞杆完全伸出或缩回后,继续操作该动作,测出其压力。
2、堵截做法是:依次堵住油路中各部件的出口或进口,测出工作压力。将这些所测压力与标准植进行比较,对不等者须调至标准值;若调不到标准值,就须找出压力损失之处,该处即为故障点。在实际测量中,这几种方法常常综合起来使用。
液压系统的大多数故障是由于液压油的选取不当或油液污染引起的,因此,在使用过程中应正确地选择合适的液压油,严格控制油液的污染,***液压系统的清洁,降低液压元件的早期磨损,降低设备故障率。
